The geographic cone snail will often harpoon a nearby fish using a nerve agent to paralyze it, however, it can also release an insulin agent into the water causing fish at a distance to undergo hypoglycemic shock. This incapacitated fish was unable to swim away allowing the cone snail to swallow it.
